Volunteer Roles

1. Education Volunteers

• Role: Tutors, Mentors, Curriculum Developers

• Description: Provide tutoring and mentoring to underprivileged children, assist in developing engaging educational materials, and support our educational programs.

• Requirements: Patience, teaching skills, and a passion for education.

• Time Commitment: Flexible, but ideally a minimum of a few hours per week.

2. Teacher Support Volunteers

• Role: Trainers, Mentors, Administrative Support

• Description: Offer training and mentorship to struggling teachers, assist with administrative tasks, and help organize teacher training workshops.

• Requirements: Experience in education, strong organizational skills, and a supportive attitude.

• Time Commitment: Flexible, with opportunities for both short-term and long-term involvement.

3. Social Awareness Volunteers

• Role: Campaign Organizers, Content Creators, Field Volunteers

• Description: Plan and execute social awareness campaigns, create engaging content for social media and promotional materials, and participate in community outreach activities.

• Requirements: Creativity, strong communication skills, and a commitment to social causes.

• Time Commitment: Flexible, with roles suitable for various availability.

4. Event Volunteers

• Role: Event Planners, Coordinators, On-Site Support

• Description: Assist in planning, organizing, and executing events such as fundraising drives, community awareness campaigns, and educational workshops.

• Requirements: Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.

• Time Commitment: Typically, events require a few weeks of preparation time and commitment on event days.

5. Administrative Volunteers

• Role: Office Assistants, Data Entry, Communications

• Description: Support the foundation's daily operations through tasks such as data entry, office management, and handling communications.

• Requirements: Attention to detail, good organizational skills, and proficiency in basic office software.

• Time Commitment: Flexible, depending on the role.

6. Technology Volunteers

• Role: IT Support, App Development, Technical Trainers

• Description: Provide IT support, help develop and maintain our Alor Koli Social Awareness App, and offer training on technology use.

• Requirements: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, and a passion for community work.

• Time Commitment: Flexible, with roles suitable for various availability.
