Online Application Form: Fill out our online application form available on our website. Please provide your basic information, areas of interest, availability, and a brief statement on why you want to volunteer with us.
Required Documents: Attach your resume and any references you may have.
Application Review: Our team will review your application to ensure it meets our basic criteria.
Shortlisting: Applications that meet our criteria will be shortlisted for the next stage.
Initial Interview: If shortlisted, you will be contacted for an initial interview with our volunteer coordinator. This interview will focus on your motivation, communication skills, and suitability for the role.
Panel Interview: For specialized roles, you may be invited for a second interview with a panel including subject matter experts.
Orientation Session: Attend an orientation session to learn about our foundation's mission, policies, and the specific role you will play.
Training Program: Participate in training sessions relevant to your role. This may include workshops, online courses, and shadowing experienced volunteers.
Safety First: We conduct background checks for all volunteers to ensure the safety of the children and vulnerable groups we work with.
Agreement Signing: Once selected, you will sign a volunteer agreement outlining your responsibilities, expectations, and our code of conduct.
Regular Check-Ins: We will have periodic meetings to discuss your progress, address any challenges, and provide feedback.
Ongoing Support: Our team is always available to support you in your volunteer role.
